We’re a growing fast-casual brand seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, team development, and creating a welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring product and service quality
• Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to maintain smooth service flow
• Build and lead a strong, motivated team through coaching and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and cleanliness standards
• Place and receive vendor orders; manage inventory levels
• Handle daily cash deposits and maintain register accuracy
• Conduct interviews and onboard new team members
• Prepare and manage staff schedules
• Monitor KPIs and make operational adjustments to meet targets
• Troubleshoot and report facility or equipment issues
• Attend weekly meetings with upper management to align on goals and initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time (50–55+ hours/week) including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute or relocate as needed
