Jimmy John's in Dillon, Colorado is seeking a General Manager who thrives on the pace of Jimmy John's operations. You will manage all restaurant functions to ensure customer service and high-quality products while driving profitability and store performance.

You will lead a team of about 10 employees and managers, oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and performance-based staffing decisions, and ensure 100% cash handling integrity and world-class service daily.

Qualificações

• Provide on-the-job training and delegate training to assistant managers.
• Oversee the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all supplies to minimize loss.
• Supervise the preparation, sales and service of food.
• Forecast food items and estimate COGs for each shift.
• Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service.
• Route deliveries and support drivers to maximize speed.
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain 100% cash drawer integrity.

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a JJs rock star that thrives on the pace and duties that Jimmy Johns require. You will manage all functions of a Jimmy John's restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• -Perform all duties properly in the store to set the example and culture
• -Manages a staff of approximately 10 employees and managers.
• -Assigns, oversees and evaluates work. responsible for the promotion, transfer, or termination of employees based on performance.
• -Provides on-the-job training for new employees and delegates training to assistant managers
• - Delegates and is responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft.
• - Supervises the preparation, sales, and service of food.
• - Forecasts food items. Estimates COGs for each shift
• - Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service.
• -Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed.
• -Completes daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).
• -Completes Closing Procedures.
• -Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times
• -Receives and stores product.
• -Audits shift's systems and procedures for 100% integrity and completeness.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• -Reliability
• - Good attitude required!
• -Basic computer skills
• -Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• -Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• -Must be at least 18 years of age
• -Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 40-50 hours a week.

Special Requirements:

• -Willing to work some overtime, holidays, & weekends as business dictates.
• - Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
• - Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• -Ability to handle & resolve employee issues.
• - Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Word/Excel).
• - Ability to handle & orchestrate high-volume operations
