Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations, enforcing policies, standards, and training programs.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of honeygrow with integrity and honesty.
• Ensure a high-performing team empowered to meet standards.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Perform all station functions and train staff accordingly.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees.
• Manage cash handling and oversee financial accountability.
• Conduct regular team meetings and employee reviews.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service and food quality.
• Manage payroll, financials, and communicate updates from HQ.
• Coach and develop management staff, including Assistant GM and Service Managers.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of food prep and line experience.
• Management experience in a fast casual environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good vision and dexterity.
• Work near open flames and in a fast-paced environment.
