Jared Jewelers in Buckhead, Atlanta, is seeking a General Manager to own the total store experience, drive sales and profitability, and lead operations, visual standards, and clienteling. You will recruit and develop talent, maintain brand standards, and deliver exceptional service.

Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role reports to the District Manager and offers base pay plus commission, plus benefits and career growth within Signet Jewelers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales with 1+ year of management experience.
• Specialty retail and/or jewelry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team to results through coaching, accountability, and execution.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
