Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a General Manager to join their safety-conscious team in Benicia, CA. This role leads, innovates, coaches and mentors with responsibility for profitability, growth, and management of multiple business units and/or a region, while fostering a health and safety culture across branches and reports.

The General Manager partners with internal departments to streamline operations, enhance customer relationships and ensure high standards of service

• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Proven track record in improving profitability and growth.

• Ensures efficient administration of contracts and customer satisfaction by streamlining processes and removing barriers; promotes growth and strong relationships.

This team memberleads, innovates, coaches and mentors with overall responsibility for the profitability, growth and management of multiple business units and/or a region. Fosters and creates optimal strategies and conditions to facilitate strong individual and team performance. Fosters and develops a culture aligned with the Company's Health & Safety objectives through active management and mentorship of Branch Managers and other direct reports; assesses depth of talent and expertise in region; identify strategies to effectively manage resources. Ensures efficient administration of contracts and ongoing customer and employee satisfaction by streamlining processes and removing barriers; being responsible for customer service and customer relationships to promote growth; partnering with internal departments and other stakeholders (i.e., Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, etc.) as required.
