About the Role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Wyomissing, located at 1185 Berkshire Blvd, Wyomissing, PA 19610, is seeking a dynamic Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will start with a focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. This role is designed to prepare you for future management opportunities, with a clear pathway to leading your own location. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development. Compensation Package: We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. GMITs earn an average annual income up to $45,000, depending on performance.

Responsibilities of a General Manager in Training

• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Lead the front desk team to meet sales and performance targets
• Provide exceptional guest experiences as per our Service Level Standard scores
• Manage daily front desk operations
• Assist in overall business management
• Train, monitor, and coach team members
• Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
• Educate clients on services and benefits
• Promote sales, promotions, and events
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Handle administrative tasks such as sales reporting and cash handling

Schedule & Availability

The GMIT role involves varied schedules including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is preferred.
