The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will start with a focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance. This role prepares you for future management opportunities, with a pathway to leading your own location. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, with a goal of developing our leadership team for elevated roles. As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance goals
- Provide exceptional guest experiences as per our Service Level Standard scores
- Manage daily front desk operations
- Assist in managing overall business operations
- Train, monitor, and coach team members, including in-the-moment coaching
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new front desk staff
- Maintain knowledge of our service menu and educate clients on services and enhancements
- Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Perform administrative tasks like sales reporting, register operations, and cash handling
The GMIT schedule varies, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
Role Requirements
- A passion for people and excellent service

- A quick learner with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti or similar systems is a plus
