Responsibilities include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Job Functions:

1. Manage multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
2. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness, maintenance, and safety checks.
3. Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
4. Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
5. Analyze profit and loss statements and implement changes to optimize opportunities.
6. Collaborate on talent acquisition efforts.

Experience:

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or convenience store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with sales over $2 million annually.
• 2+ years working with budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills and Demands:

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift over 75 pounds, and perform related activities.
