Operations Managers oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading teams, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. Job Functions:

1. Manage multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
2. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept facility through cleanliness, maintenance, and safety checks.
3. Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising.
4. Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash management, and reporting.
5. Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities.
6. Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.

Experience:

1. 2+ years in retail or similar management roles with a focus on travel stops, c-stores, grocery, or department stores.
2. 2+ years managing operations with annual sales over $2 million.
3. Experience with budgets and P&L analysis.
4. Supervisory experience managing 5-10+ employees.
5. Intermediate computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
6. Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
