Role Overview: Operations Managers oversee daily operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. This role offers growth opportunities in a supportive team environment, ideal for driven individuals eager to make an impact.

Job Functions:

  1. Manage multiple business operations including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
  2. Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through cleanliness, maintenance, and safety checks.
  3. Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising.
  4. Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
  5. Analyze financial reports including profit and loss statements to identify opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
  • 2+ years managing operations with annual sales over $2 million.
  • Experience with budgets and P&L statements.
  • Supervisory experience with 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional customer service, salesmanship, and operational management skills.

  • Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting over 75 pounds, and specific vision abilities.
