Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager In Training to join their team. This position is offered as Full time and Part time, permanent, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced pizza operation.

You will oversee store operations, supervise 3–30 employees per shift, greet customers, manage inventory and cash, ensure quality and safety, and participate in a comprehensive training program to advance to general management at Domino's.

Qualifications

• You will be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation as well as valid license, registration and insurance.
• Management candidates will have a great attitude and customer-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
