Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for a General Manager to join the team in a fast-paced environment. This role is a key position in daily store operations with growth opportunities for motivated individuals.

As a General Manager in Training you will oversee staff, manage 3–30 employees per shift, handle customer service, cash handling, and keep the store running smoothly while maintaining Domino's grooming standards. Prior pizza/restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or pizza industry preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during each scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent products following recipes.
• Deliver products safely from store to customer by vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and uphold grooming standards.
