RPM Pizza, the largest Domino’s franchise, seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, coach a team, and uphold product quality and customer service standards. You will drive local marketing, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure health and safety policies are followed at all times.

The GM will guide staff to deliver exceptional service, meet profitability goals, and maintain community engagement, working 40+ hours weekly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
