The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is a self-starter, and excels in driving sales while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus initially on front desk operations, client experience, and sales performance, with a clear pathway to future management roles. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development. GMITs can earn up to $45,000 annually, depending on performance.
As a General Manager in Training, you will:
- Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
- Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
- Provide exceptional guest experiences, measured by Service Level Standard scores
- Oversee daily front desk operations
- Assist the General Manager in daily business management
- Train, monitor, and coach team members
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new front desk staff
- Maintain knowledge of services and educate clients on benefits
- Promote sales, promotions, and events
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Handle administrative tasks such as sales reporting and cash handling
The GMIT role involves a varied schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility is preferred.
