Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa East Brunswick located at 589 NJ-18, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 is searching for a results-driven Spa Leader! The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, is proactive, and excels in driving sales performance while fostering a positive team environment. As a General Manager in Training (GMIT), you will focus on front desk operations, client experience, and sales, with a pathway to lead your own location. Promotions depend on market growth, role availability, and performance, but our goal is continuous leadership development.

As a GM in Training, your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving individual performance goals (Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, etc.)
  • Leading the front desk team to meet sales goals
  • Providing exceptional guest service
  • Managing daily operations
  • Training and coaching staff
  • Recruiting and onboarding new hires
  • Educating clients on services
  • Promoting sales and events
  • Upholding cleanliness standards
  • Performing administrative tasks

The schedule is varied, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.

Role requirements include:
