Compensation Package

We offer a competitive package with an hourly base rate, uncapped commissions, and bonuses. GMITs earn an average annual compensation up to $45,000, depending on performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Lead the front desk team to exceed sales and performance targets
• Provide exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee daily front desk operations
• Assist in managing overall business operations
• Train, monitor, and coach team members
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires
• Maintain knowledge of services and promote sales and promotions
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform administrative functions like sales reporting and cash handling

The schedule includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel for training or conferences
• Excellent communication skills
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets; knowledge of Zenoti is a plus
