Job Description

The General Manager (GM) is the key leader of our store, responsible for all operational aspects, team leadership, customer service, product quality, local marketing, community involvement, and overall store performance. The GM must exemplify and enforce all policies and procedures consistently while inspiring the team to do the same.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Recognize and value each team member's unique talents and contributions.
  2. Lead with a positive attitude, motivate team members, and uphold RPM standards.
  3. Monitor safety and security policies; ensure equipment is functional.
  4. Utilize training tools and on-the-job coaching to develop team skills.
  5. Maintain compliance with RPM, Domino’s, and state health standards.
  6. Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales, local marketing, and scheduling.
  7. Achieve sales, inventory, and labor goals for profitability.
  8. Uphold product, service, and image standards daily.
  9. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
  • Must be an AM4 or a prior GM with DM approval, in good standing with RPM.
  • Completion of GMITO Class or equivalent; store-ready AM4 as a replacement.
  • Experience managing high-volume stores exceeding RPM standards.
  • Pass background and drug tests.
  • Proficient in math and technology skills.
  • Uphold all standards as an RPM Brand Ambassador, including making a perfect 60-second large pepperoni pizza.
  • Track record of training team members in product, service, and image standards.
  • Food Safety certification as required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, operate machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
