Job Overview

The General Manager (GM) is the key leader of the store, responsible for team leadership, customer service, product quality, local marketing, community involvement, and operational excellence. The GM must exemplify and enforce all policies and procedures consistently, setting a standard for the team.

Responsibilities

  1. Recognize and value individual talents and contributions.
  2. Lead and motivate the team with a positive attitude, maintaining RPM standards.
  3. Monitor safety and security policies, ensuring equipment functionality.
  4. Use RPM training tools and on-the-job coaching to develop team members.
  5. Adhere to and enforce all health and safety standards, including RPM, Domino’s, and local regulations.
  6. Manage inventory, cash, customer service, sales, local marketing, and scheduling.
  7. Achieve sales, inventory, and labor goals to maximize profits.
  8. Uphold product, service, and brand image standards daily.
  9. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

  1. Must be an AM4 or a prior GM with DM approval, in good standing with RPM.
  2. Completed GMITO class or equivalent; store-ready AM4 required.
  3. Experience managing high-volume stores exceeding RPM service standards.
  4. Ability to pass background and drug tests.
  5. Proficient in math and technology skills.
  6. Uphold all standards as an RPM Brand Ambassador, including making perfect products within 60 seconds for large pepperoni pizzas.
  7. Experience training team members in product, service, and image standards.
  8. Food Safety certification as required by area.
  9. Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, operate machinery, and lift up to 25 pounds.
