RPM Pizza is the largest Domino’s franchise in the United States, family-owned, operating over 175 stores across Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana. We pride ourselves on community safety, team development, and delivering smiles.

Position Overview

The General Manager (GM) is the core of our operations, responsible for store management, team leadership, customer service, product quality, local marketing, and community involvement. The GM must exemplify and enforce all policies and standards, setting a high bar for the team.

Responsibilities
  1. Recognize and value individual talents and contributions.
  2. Lead with a positive attitude, motivate team members, and uphold RPM standards.
  3. Monitor safety and security policies; ensure equipment functionality.
  4. Use training tools and on-the-job coaching to develop team members.
  5. Adhere to and enforce RPM, Domino’s, and state health standards.
  6. Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales, marketing, and scheduling.
  7. Achieve sales, inventory, and labor profit goals.
  8. Maintain product, service, and image standards daily.
  9. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
  1. Must be an AM4 or prior GM with DM approval, in good standing.
  2. Completed GMITO or equivalent; ready to assume store responsibilities.
  3. Experience managing high-volume stores exceeding RPM service standards.
  4. Pass background and drug tests.
  5. Proficient in math and technology.
  6. Uphold RPM standards as a Brand Ambassador, including making perfect products like a 60-second large pepperoni pizza.
  7. Track record of training team members in product, service, and image standards.
  8. Food Safety certification as required.
  9. Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, operate machinery, and lift up to 25 pounds.
