General Manager-In-Training
Looking for an opportunity to advance? At Domino’s, we offer numerous opportunities. We are passionate about pizza and dedicated to career growth. Many of our franchisees started as delivery drivers and worked their way up to owning multiple locations. If you're considering further education, our program offers a paid education that can lead to store management within a year.
As a trainee, you can earn up to $85,000 in your first year as a manager. After one year, you can choose to franchise or pursue other leadership roles such as Training Implementation Specialist, District Manager, Operations Director, or Marketing Director—all filled from within our company.
We operate 21 locations between Bloomington, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky, with plans for rapid expansion through acquisitions and new builds. We offer an aggressive bonus plan; for example, a recent General Manager earned over $32,000 in bonuses and became a District Manager.
Our training and pay progression are designed to promote from within. Starting as a delivery driver, you'll learn our operations, become a certified pizza maker, and then move through three management levels. The timeline varies based on your availability. Throughout this process, you will earn pay at each level, with an expected minimum income of $52,000 in your first year, including tips, mileage, wages, and bonuses, working 45-50 hours per week.
Our top manager earned over $145,000 last year, starting from a delivery driver position. We believe success comes from experience and dedication. We encourage applicants to come with a positive attitude and be prepared for a rewarding career with plenty of growth opportunities. Please note, there are no shortcuts in training; success depends on your commitment and experience.
If you're interested, apply and be responsive—opportunities await.
