Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a team and create a positive dining environment. You will guide development, safety, and happiness of staff while ensuring top-tier guest experiences.

As the leader, you will coach, mentor, and manage operations, drive performance, and uphold company standards across service, cost control, and compliance.
