Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our operations in Indiana and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will guide a team, ensure safety, and manage day-to-day performance to uphold our standards of service and profitability.

You will coach, develop, and support staff while maintaining compliance, inventory controls, and cost management in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
