Job summary

Lucky Lab Coffee Co. is seeking an experienced Hospitality Leader to run a cafe, build a team, and shape the next chapter of Lucky Lab.

You'll participate in a 90-day Leadership Development Program and take ownership of operations while developing a community around dogs and hospitality. Lead day-to-day operations, mentor supervisors and baristas, drive guest experiences, and manage schedules, labor, inventory, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of restaurant, cafe, or hospitality management experience.
• A proven leader who develops people and builds high-performing teams.
• Strong operational and financial skills, including scheduling, inventory, and labor management.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads with humility, accountability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, creating memorable guest experiences, and loves DOGS!

Responsibilities

We're not looking for someone to just manage a coffee shop, we're looking for someone to build a team, create a community, and lead with purpose.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Hospitality Leader to lead one of our cafes and help shape the next chapter of Lucky Lab. Currently filling GM roles in Pflugerville and central Austin area.

Your First 90 Days

Every General Manager begins with a structured 90-day Leadership Development Program. You'll work alongside our leadership team to learn our systems, culture, and standards while gradually taking ownership of the cafe. We believe investing in our leaders creates stronger teams, better guest experiences, and long-term success.
