Job summary

Bojangles in Woodruff, SC is seeking a General Manager, Hospitality Lead to recruit, develop, and lead a motivated team while delivering outstanding guest service and high-quality, craveable food made from Southern recipes. You will manage scheduling, inventory, cash procedures, store maintenance, safety, and local marketing to drive performance.

The successful candidate will complete the Management Training Program and hold Serve Safe certification.

Prerequisites

Performance Standards

• Labor Usage: Plus or minus 10 hrs./weekly
• Show Bo Evaluation: Minimum Score of 90
• Drive Thru Window Times: Less than 55 seconds
• Food Variance: 1.5% of sales, or better
• Turnover Rates: Less than 150%
• Kitchen & Dining Supplies: 0.8% of Sales or Better

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
• Extended periods of time spent walking and/or standing
