Wingstop Pearland is seeking a General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of the local unit. Leadership experience in Wingstop is highly encouraged, and certifications are required for food safety and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred; Wingstop Leadership is a plus.
• Food Manager Certification is required.
• TABC Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to work all shifts, including weekends and nights, is required.
• Non-Slip Black Shoes are required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

• Oversee all staff and operations of the local Wingstop unit.
• Lead by example to provide guests with great hospitality and maintain a positive, respectful culture.
• Identify opportunities for growth and development within the team and location.

Salary range is competitive and dependent on experience and performance on the job. GM’s also qualify for performance bonuses!
