Job summary

Wingstop Gulfgate is seeking a General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of the local unit, with Wingstop Leadership experience highly encouraged. The role focuses on delivering great hospitality, running efficient shifts, and maintaining compliance with brand standards.

Compensation is competitive with performance bonuses; a strong benefits package includes health, dental and vision, life and disability insurance, vacation pay, and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a management role; Wingstop Leadership is a plus.
• Food Manager Certification is required.
• TABC Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to work all shifts including weekends and nights is required.
• Non-slip black shoes are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all staff and operations of the local Wingstop unit.
• Ensure high standards in hospitality and customer service.
• Lead teams to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance with safety standards.
