Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the concept and brand strategy for a proof-of-concept restaurant.

• Partner with Marketing to create impactful campaigns and events.
• Monitor operations, maintain quality, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Identify revenue opportunities and manage finances to profitability.
