General Manager: - Your role within the company!

1. Be the expert and have as much autonomy as you want, implement the things you’ve always known will work.
2. Opportunity to grow and develop the business with support from the corporate level.
3. Very manageable position, it’s one location and 13 employee-owners, and the back-office work is done at the corporate level such as accounting and marketing.
4. The Leadership includes Doug Wright, President of both Truckee Rents and Mountain Hardware and Sports, who’s been with the company for 27-plus years.
5. Manage a fleet inventory mix to maximize revenue and profit.
6. Be a safety leader in their branch and set the tone and expectation for the highest safety standard.
7. Be THE expert in the equipment rental industry and support continuous learning.
