Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at an FDA Repackaging Facility located in Torrance, CA. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the repackaging process. The General Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with FDA regulations and compliance in a pharmaceutical setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
