• Experience in manufacturing, operations, production, distribution, logistics, or other process-driven environments where success depends on managing people, maintaining standards, improving efficiency, and delivering consistent results.
• Comfortable leading from the front, in a fast-paced setting, balancing customer service with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong team that delivers a top-notch car wash experience.
• Ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.
• Keep the site looking great, well-maintained, and operating at its best.
• Spend time at the pay station greeting customers and actively selling memberships to single-wash customers.
