Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and uphold brand standards.

You will oversee daily activities, cost controls, inventory, food quality, store image, cleanliness, and punctuality to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, manage food safety and team member safety, and take responsibility for P&L, labor, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Strong math skills for quick calculations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
