Job description

High-volume, fast-casual restaurant is looking for a hands-on General Manager to take the lead.

This is a day-to-day operational leadership role where you’ll manage multiple food brands, small, fast-moving teams, and collaborate with delivery partners to drive late-night and all-day success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on operators with leadership experience, used to working with small teams and high volumes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you see opportunities, act fast, and take responsibility.
  • Experience working in Miami’s dining and late-night environment is a big plus.
  • Comfort with multi-brand management — managing different menus and operational styles in a dynamic environment.
  • Someone who leads by doing, not just directing.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-brand fast-casual restaurant.
  • Lead a lean, agile team — hire, train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence during peak service times, especially evenings and late nights.
  • Collaborate with delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) to optimize flow and order volume.
  • Maintain high food quality, speed, and guest experience across multiple menus and service styles.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and take proactive steps to meet revenue and service goals.
  • Build a culture of accountability, hustle, and pride among your crew.
