Job summary

Princess Polly, a leading online fashion brand, seeks a General Manager to helm a retail store in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a 5+ person team, shape store culture, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and brand loyalty.

You will own staffing, inventory control with RFID, and daily operations, working to foster ownership and accountability across the team. This role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and a commitment to a healthy, inclusive workplace.

• Drive sales through client relationships, clienteling and unforgettable in-store moments.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock flow using RFID, keeping the floor full, fresh and shoppable.
• Manage scheduling, payroll and HR administration with precision and fairness.
• Juggle multiple projects at once, staying calm, organized and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• A proven leader with 3+ years' experience managing a team of 5 or more
• A natural problem solver who troubleshoots quickly and thinks on your feet
• A motivated self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• A relationship builder who earns cooperation and gets results through collaboration
• An owner, through and through. If something isn't working, you fix it
• Experienced with RFID inventory management
• Familiar with Shopify POS (preferred), comfortable in Microsoft Office (preferred) experience a plus

Compensation Range

$95K-$105K annually
