Job Overview

The General Manager oversees the hotel's operations, sales, marketing, and financial activities, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and asset management. Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, revenue maximization, staff motivation, and communication with ownership and management companies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional, courteous service consistently.
  2. Manage revenue through market analysis, rate strategy, and yield management systems.
  3. Prepare and manage budgets, forecast expenses, and control costs to meet profit goals.
  4. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality and handling complaints effectively.
  5. Recruit, train, motivate, and retain staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
  6. Maintain product quality and physical condition of the hotel, including safety and security standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
