HomeTowne Studios & Suites by Red Roof is seeking a General Manager in the Seattle-Kent-Des Moines area with a starting salary between $81,000 and $85,000. The role leads Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Sales, ensuring top service and profitability.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and motivating staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience preferred in hospitality, restaurants, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and order.
• Manage Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Sales across the hotel.
• Recruit, hire, train and lead employees to meet service and quality goals.
• Coach, counsel and motivate all employees as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and company requirements.
• Control costs to meet budget guidelines through forecasting, labor control and overall P&L performance.
• Manage inventory and ordering to maintain stock levels within budget.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly admin tasks including scheduling, labor reporting, night audit verification, payroll, and guest reviews.
