As a General Manager, you'll lead and supervise store staff, oversee training, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to store success. You'll handle tasks like training, policy enforcement, safety meetings, and operational oversight, offering growth and development opportunities.

Team Car Care (TCC) manages nearly 500 Jiffy Lube centers across North America. We focus on providing excellent customer service, ethical selling, and continuous training for technicians and management, with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing prompt guest service, resolving complaints
  • Maintaining inventory and controlling costs
  • Managing budgets, sales forecasts, and P/L performance
  • Overseeing maintenance of facilities and equipment
  • Supervising and training teammates, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensuring safety, security, and environmental compliance
  • Opening/closing store, handling paperwork, cash controls
  • Partnering with Loss Prevention, reporting incidents, and assisting at other locations

Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills, clear communication, and team management
  • Ability to analyze information, follow procedures, and make decisions
  • Availability to work 7 days, including weekends and holidays
