Job summary

Wildman, a Warsaw, Indiana-based commercial laundry and service provider, seeks a General Manager to lead across Uniform Rental, First Aid & Safety, and Facility Services. You will drive profitability, safety, and service excellence while building a strong leadership bench.

The role demands a proven operator capable of managing large teams, coordinating with Sales and Service, and relocating as needed for future leadership opportunities within Wildman’s expanding network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in industrial laundry, route-based service, manufacturing, or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-line operations across uniform rental, first aid, and facility services to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.
• Own full P&L accountability, hit annual revenue and margin targets, and collaborate with Sales and Service leaders on growth initiatives.
• Champion fleet and driver safety, ensure DOT compliance, reduce accidents, improve route efficiency, and promote a safety culture.
• Oversee laundry processing, inventory flow, equipment uptime, and Lean/5S initiatives for safety and efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and develop managers across Production, Service, and Administration to build leadership depth.
• Drive exceptional customer experience through on-time delivery, responsiveness, and quality.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards while modeling Wildman values.

What You'll Do

• Lead Multi-Line Operations: Oversee day-to-day performance across uniform rental, first aid service, and facility supply lines, ensuring excellence in service delivery, production quality, and operational consistency.
• Drive Profit & Growth: Manage full P&L accountability, deliver annual revenue and margin targets, and develop strategies for customer retention and expansion in partnership with Sales and Service leaders.
• Ensure Fleet & Driver Safety: Champion the safe operation of Wildman's regional delivery fleet. Maintain DOT compliance, reduce accident frequency, improve route efficiency, and promote a safety-first culture for all drivers and service representatives.
• Oversee Production & Plant Operations: Ensure laundry processing, product quality, inventory flow, and equipment uptime meet company standards for efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Lead Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
• Develop and Lead People: Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing managers and teams across Production, Service, and Administration. Build future leadership bench strength by fostering engagement, accountability, and recognition.
• Champion Customer Experience: Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness that drive loyalty and growth.
• Uphold Compliance & Culture: Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards while modeling and promoting Wildman's values - Relationships, Authenticity, Service, and Excellence.

• Travel: Regular travel to regional locations is required

Requirements

What You Bring

• Operational Expertise: 7+ years of leadership experience in industrial laundry, route-based service, manufacturing, or logistics operations.
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success managing large teams and leading through frontline managers in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Financial Acumen: Strong command of business metrics - P&L, labor management, inventory, routing efficiency, and capital planning.
• Safety Mindset: Experience overseeing vehicle fleets and DOT-regulated drivers, with a track record of reducing risk and improving compliance.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of service operations, customer retention, and quality assurance within B2B environments.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to travel across regional sites and relocate for future leadership opportunities within Wildman's expanding network.
