Job summary

Norfolk-Iron- in Brighton, CO is seeking a General Manager to build the team and drive change, with a salary range of $150,000–$200,000 per year. The role requires daily commuting to the office in Brighton or Greeley and overseeing the district’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Divisional Vice President to determine pricing strategy to meet monthly expectations and annual budgets.
• Travel throughout the district to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, competition, and develop customer relationships.
• Oversee and coordinate activities with direct P&L responsibilities.
• Administer company policies and coordinate divisional activities to develop long-range goals and improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership to motivate employees, coordinate team building, time management, and conflict resolution.
