Job Overview
High volume Social Dining concept, primed for growth, is looking for a full-time General Manager/Director of Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations, staffing and developing our team, managing store KPIs and profitability.
In partnership with senior leadership, you will define and implement operational policies and procedures and address overall business goals. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in hospitality leadership, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and developing people.

Qualifications & Requirements
Degrees & Certifications are a plus but not required.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
Willing to relocate.
Experience in HR management, staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and labor law compliance in multi-unit settings.
Experience in menu conceptualization, strategy, and guest experience in multi-unit operations.
Strong financial skills, including budget management and P&L oversight.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for creating welcoming, inclusive social dining experiences.
