EquipmentShare is Hiring a General Manager

EquipmentShare is searching for a General Manager to grow our Core Solutions rental location in Newark, OH. Core Solutions branches offer equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Build an awesome team by hiring and developing talented people. Conduct reviews and performance evaluations, train employees, and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Manage operations to maximize branch profitability. Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to understand business trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and management.
  • Set measurable goals with clear expectations for team members.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
