Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proven commercial leader to take full P&L ownership, build a robust sales function, and drive strategic pricing in the Chattanooga region for a specialty-construction manufacturer and installer.

You will lead a transition with the founder-owner, establish relationships with general contractors and design firms, and scale the business while preserving quality and culture.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial leader with track record in project-based B2B.
• Established relationships with GC/CMs; architects/designers helpful.
• Experience in specialty-construction or related trade with bidding knowledge.
• Pricing and estimating with GC bidding and AIA specs.
• Financial and P&L acumen; working-capital awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L; manage budgets and improvements.
• Build sales, marketing, and business development capabilities.
• Move to dynamic pricing and strategic bidding.
• Lead day-to-day operations for maximum efficiency.
• Deepen GC relationships across the 100-mile radius.
