Job summary

Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Knoxville operation and drive growth across East Tennessee.

The role offers a base salary with a profit-based bonus and comprehensive benefits, including a company vehicle and retirement plan. You will own the Knoxville commercial roofing business, manage projects and teams, control budgets, and build strong customer relationships to expand our market presence.
