Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Director-level General Manager for Service Building Automation in the United States. You will set divisional goals, drive sales and business development, and lead management across multiple units to ensure safety, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ leadership experience within service, mechanical, HVAC, or related technical environments.
• Proven record managing multiple P&Ls and geographically dispersed teams.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/mechanical and building-automation systems.
• Demonstrated success in business development, customer retention, and financial management.
• Strong coaching skills with the ability to unify teams around shared goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred)
