NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER

In this GM role, you will oversee, manage, and lead the daily operations of the cafe. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support
• Responsibility for all aspects of day to day restaurant operations
• Maintaining highest service standard, as well as training and development of team to maintain the highest standard
• Upholding policies and procedures
• Generating sales growth through delivering a positive guest experience
• Identifying problems, concerns, and opportunity for improvement
• Ensuring product preparation and presentation meet company standards
• Training and development of hourly staff
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and building
• Controlling food cost by usage of standard recipes and waste control procedures
• maintaining inventory with effective par levels for all products

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of Full-Service Salaried Manager experience
• Strong Back of House background
• Proven track record of leading and developing an hourly team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Comfortable meeting KPI metrics
• Familiarity with P&L Management
