Job summary

Beans & Brews Coffee House in Midvale, UT is seeking career-minded individuals for a General Manager track with the goal of advancing into the Beans & Brews Management Team. This full-time role expects a long-term commitment with a minimum average of 40–45 hours per week.

The General Manager will lead daily operations, train staff, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards across the location.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is expected to apply their leadership, training and communication skills in order to successfully manage a single Beans & Brews Operation.
• The General Manager position requires a positive, friendly and confident personality with the desire to develop strong leadership, training and communication skills.
• Beans & Brews General Managers must know, understand and enforce all Beans & Brews Operations and Policies. This includes training, implementing and assessing Operations and Policies as outlined in the Beans & Brews Mission and Management Team Objectives.
• The General Manager must be an example to their crew, and a professional representation of Beans & Brews Coffee House.
