Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 15 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible management experience.
• 10+ years in the construction industry; 15+ preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with industry software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction, aggregate, asphalt, and ready-mix operations.
• Develop strategic plans with financial forecasting and market analysis.
• Identify capital and maintenance needs to meet goals.
• Monitor bidding and material pricing for competitiveness.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Lead safety/compliance with MSHA/OSHA/EPA/DNR.
• Build relationships with key customers and pursue new opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimators on project selection and pricing.
• Oversee equipment, plant, and facility maintenance.
• Develop organizational structure to support goals.
• Foster growth, retention, and team culture.
• Travel as needed on short notice.
