Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: Starting at $55,000+, depending on experience with children, coaching, leadership, and team development.
  • Bonus Structure: Attainable monthly performance tiers:
    • Tier 1: $1,200/month ($14,400/year)
    • Tier 2: $1,700/month ($20,400/year)
    • Tier 3: $2,200/month ($26,400/year)

    What We Expect From You

    We seek a motivated, energetic leader passionate about helping kids grow. This role involves being a hands-on leader, supporting your team, engaging with members, and seizing growth opportunities. Flexibility and commitment are essential to build something great.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team to create a positive, energetic, and successful environment.
    • Oversee sales, operations, and customer experience to drive growth and retention.
    • Work with the Assistant GM for smooth operations.
    • Engage with the community to grow class sizes via scheduling and marketing.
    • Lead by coaching 3-5 classes per week.
    • Recruit, hire, and train coaches, ensuring program excellence.
    • Maintain a clean, organized facility with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
    Who We’re Looking For
    • 1-3+ years in management, sales, customer service, or operations.
    • Background in children’s programming, fitness, education, or athletics is a plus.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire staff and members.
    • Availability to work weekends; as GM, you own your center.
    Certifications Required (can be obtained post-hire):
    • CPR Certification
    • First Aid Certification
    • EpiPen Certification
    Physical Requirements
    • Active and energetic throughout the day.
    • Comfortable demonstrating physical activities and coaching kids.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
