The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the hotel's operation. Your leadership and strategic planning skills are crucial to maximizing operations and guest satisfaction. We seek a leader who embodies our company culture and values, fostering teamwork, boosting morale, and increasing staff retention.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring hotel operations and financial performance, providing guidance to staff and leadership.
  • Ensuring financial success by managing expenses, controlling labor costs, and overseeing revenue management.
  • Reviewing activity, operating, and sales reports with administrative personnel to adapt programs and operations.
  • Gathering market trend data to inform decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Developing programs that promote a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining hotel facilities through regular repairs, upkeep, and maintenance systems.
  • Implementing hotel policies and procedures across all departments, including safety and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of five years of management experience in the hotel industry.

- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, comprehension).

- Familiarity with OSHA, local Department of Health regulations, and handling hazardous substances.

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, twist, and climb stairs.

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
