Captain Jay's Fish & Chicken is seeking a General Manager to lead one location with a focus on hospitality, quality, and efficient operations. You will hire, train, coach, and develop the team, while maintaining high standards of service and food quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, driving sales, controlling costs, and building a culture of accountability and ownership. A strong leader with excellent communication and a proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Food management experience strongly preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to lead in a team environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• High school education or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach and develop team members and future leaders.
• Create schedules balancing guest service with labor budgets.
• Drive sales while managing labor, food cost and profitability.
• Maintain outstanding operational standards across the restaurant.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Lead daily operations with consistency, urgency and professionalism.
• Coach for accountability and ownership among staff.
• Develop Shift Managers and leadership bench strength.
