The role requires 2 years of QSR experience, High School diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe certification; reliable transportation is needed. This is a franchise location with growth opportunities and monthly bonuses along with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Store sales responsibilities and achieving volume targets.
• Maintain quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor profit margins and cost controls.
• Create employee schedules and oversee staffing.
• Place inventory orders and manage supplies.
• Lead employee training and development.
• Lead by example in daily operations and guest interactions.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategic planning.
• Specific tasks may be delegated; ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager.
